About Andrew
Andrew is a solicitor and head of our Employment Law department. He is also a director of the firm.
He has particular expertise in conducting settlement agreements, pregnancy discrimination and sexual harassment claims, for both employees and employers. He was consulted by the BBC in the production of the documentary “Is this Sexual Harassment?” and appeared as a guest expert speaker on Talk Radio in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal.
His practice includes employment, civil and commercial litigation, as well as personal injury matters. He handles a wide variety of employment law matters, ranging from discrimination claims to advising companies on executive board disputes.
Andrew is a skilled and experienced solicitor, having conducted claims in the Appeal Tribunal. He has successfully conducted a high profile group action on behalf of a group of employees against one of the largest local authorities in Europe.
He is a proud husband and father, as well as a long suffering Aston Villa supporter.
